Setting up your store is completely free. We make money when items are sold — there's no setup fee, no monthly fee, and no commitment. You only pay if your group orders.

How does the fulfillment window work? +
Once your store closes, we have 7–10 business days to print and ship every order directly to each customer. The clock starts when your store officially closes — not when individual orders are placed. During slower periods we often ship faster. During peak seasons it may run toward the 10-day end. Either way, you're looking at a fraction of the time most providers take.
What if something arrives wrong or defective? +
We have a fair return and replacement policy for any item that arrives defective or incorrect. We proof every order before printing, but if something slips through we make it right — no fighting, no runaround.
Can I see what my store will look like before it goes live? +
Yes. We show you a preview of your store before we launch it. You approve the product selection, branding, and pricing before anyone sees it. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.
