Setting up your store is completely free. We make money when items are sold — there's no setup fee, no monthly fee, and no commitment. You only pay if your group orders.

We carry a wide selection of premium apparel options including performance wear, hoodies, t-shirts, polos, sweatshirts, hoodies, outerwear, activewear, scrubs, performance wear, hats, beanies, bags, accessories, and more — hundreds of options across every style and price point, from top-tier brands your group already loves. When we build your store we curate a product selection that fits your group's needs, style, and budget.

Once your store closes, we have 7–10 business days to print and ship every order directly to each customer. The clock starts when your store officially closes — not when individual orders are placed. During slower periods we often ship faster. During peak seasons it may run toward the 10-day end. Either way, you're looking at a fraction of the time most providers take.

We have a fair return and replacement policy for any item that arrives defective or incorrect. We proof every order before printing, but if something slips through we make it right — no fighting, no runaround.

Yes. We show you a preview of your store before we launch it. You approve the product selection, branding, and pricing before anyone sees it. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.

You set the window — it's completely up to you. Most groups run a short window of a few days to a few weeks, which creates urgency and consistently drives the strongest order volumes. If you need more time for an ongoing program or a large organization, we can extend the window to weeks or months. We'll help you pick what works best for your group. Once your store closes, fulfillment runs 7–10 business days regardless of window length.

Most stores are live within 2 business days of us receiving your logo and preferences. The process on your end takes about 5 minutes — fill out our quick questionnaire and we handle everything from there.

Yes — two great options. E-Certificates work like digital gift cards with a set dollar amount. Perfect for employee onboarding, milestone rewards, or corporate gifting — the recipient spends their balance however they want across multiple orders. Promo codes offer a percentage or dollar discount, ideal for driving orders during a limited window, running a flash sale, or incentivizing your group to order before the store closes. Just let us know when you fill out the form and we'll set whichever you need.

We select the best options for your group and budget, and every item is decorated using the right method for the fabric — embroidery on structured hats and certain fleece items, premium heat transfer on soft goods and tees. You don't have to think about any of that — we handle it automatically and make sure every item looks exactly right before your store goes live.
