Is there a minimum order requirement?
No minimum order, ever. Whether your group has 5 people or 500, we build your store the same way. Everyone orders what they want, and we only produce what's ordered — so there's no leftover inventory and no waste.
What does it cost to set up a store?
Setting up your store is completely free. We make money when items are sold — there's no setup fee, no monthly fee, and no commitment. You only pay if your group orders.
What brands and products do you carry?
We carry a wide selection of premium apparel options including performance wear, hoodies, t-shirts, polos, sweatshirts, hoodies, outerwear, activewear, scrubs, performance wear, hats, beanies, bags, accessories, and more — hundreds of options across every style and price point, from top-tier brands your group already loves. When we build your store we curate a product selection that fits your group's needs, style, and budget.
How does the fulfillment window work?
Once your store closes, we have 7–10 business days to print and ship every order directly to each customer. The clock starts when your store officially closes — not when individual orders are placed. During slower periods we often ship faster. During peak seasons it may run toward the 10-day end. Either way, you're looking at a fraction of the time most providers take.
What if something arrives wrong or defective?
If we made the mistake — wrong size based on our chart, wrong item shipped, printing defect, missing piece — we replace it free. No forms to fill out, no return label to chase, no fighting. You tell us what's wrong, we make it right. That's our commitment on every order.
What's your return policy?
Custom apparel is made-to-order with your group's branding, so we can't accept returns for buyer's-remorse reasons — a polo with your church's logo can't be resold to anyone else. That's an industry-wide reality, not our rule. But if we did something wrong, we fix it at our cost. We don't hide behind "no returns on custom goods" when the issue is on our end. Most products include sizing info from the manufacturer, and we'll always answer sizing questions before your store closes — just ask.
Can I see what my store will look like before it goes live?
Yes. We show you a preview of your store before we launch it. You approve the product selection, branding, and pricing before anyone sees it. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.
How long can my store stay open?
You set the window — it's completely up to you. Most groups run a short window of a few days to a few weeks, which creates urgency and consistently drives the strongest order volumes. If you need more time for an ongoing program or a large organization, we can extend the window to weeks or months. We'll help you pick what works best for your group. Once your store closes, fulfillment runs 7–10 business days regardless of window length.
How long does it take to set up my store?
Most stores are live within 2 business days of us receiving your logo and preferences. The process on your end takes about 5 minutes — fill out our quick questionnaire and we handle everything from there.
Can I offer gift cards or discounts through my store?
Yes — two great options. E-Certificates work like digital gift cards with a set dollar amount. Perfect for employee onboarding, milestone rewards, or corporate gifting — the recipient spends their balance however they want across multiple orders. Promo codes offer a percentage or dollar discount, ideal for driving orders during a limited window, running a flash sale, or incentivizing your group to order before the store closes. Just let us know when you fill out the form and we'll set whichever you need.
What kinds of items can go in my store?
Pretty much anything that can be branded — t-shirts, polos, sweatshirts, hoodies, outerwear, activewear, scrubs, woven shirts, bottoms, hats, beanies, bags, and accessories. We select the best options for your group and budget, and every item is decorated using the right method for the fabric — embroidery on structured hats and certain fleece items, premium heat transfer on soft goods and tees. You don't have to think about any of that — we handle it automatically and make sure every item looks exactly right before your store goes live.
How is this different from other custom apparel services?
Most services make you collect orders and money yourself, deal with one pickup location, and wait weeks or months for delivery. We do the opposite: everyone in your group orders and pays individually through your own online store, everything ships directly to each person's door, and we build and manage the entire store for free. No chasing checks. No minimum orders. No upfront cost. No inventory sitting in your garage.
Can I use this for a fundraiser?
Yes — fundraising is built in as an option. We add a fundraising amount to every item sold, and your group keeps 100% of that markup. Perfect for nonprofits, school booster clubs, church mission trips, 5K races, and awareness campaigns. There's no extra cost to add fundraising, and you decide how much to raise per item.
Do I need to have a logo or design ready?
Not necessarily. If you have a logo, we'll use it. If you have partial branding or just an idea, we can work with that too. If you're starting from scratch, let us know and we'll discuss options. The goal is to make it as easy as possible — most groups are ready to launch within 2 business days regardless of where their branding stands.
Is Our Custom Store right for a small group?
Absolutely. There are no minimums, so a group of 5 gets the same store as a group of 500. Small sports teams, small churches, small businesses — we build every store the same way regardless of size. The economics actually favor small groups because everyone orders exactly what they want with no leftover inventory.
